Expect to see a lot of changes with patch 4.3, especially with epic gems becoming available. Best course at the moment is to do the Jewelcrafting quest every single day. Epic cut recipes will be 5 Jewelcrafter Tokens each. The random book @ 4 tokens is not worth using unless one has well over 200 tokens. What to do with gem stock hrmmm...

Enchanting

It's hard to break into this market since there is a lot of competition and being undercut pretty fast. The prices end up fluctuating a lot. Best thing is to keep a closer eye on prices, and then attempt later with more research. Also look into BoA and twink enchants.
